Another EnviroTech leaves our factory bound for Indonesia. EnviroTech Systems support the operation of our incubators and are specifically designed to reduce the overall hatchery operating costs.
The EnviroTech is a packaged and pre-assembled hatchery climate control system offering all the necessary services for incubation systems in one simple, energy efficient, stand-alone unit. The system provides ventilation and cooled water for the setters and hatchers with the added advantage of Heat Recovery gained
from the incubator warm water return lines. The entire system is controlled with the Enviro-Eclipse® control system that offers the ultimate in environmental control and energy efficiency.
Apart from water chillers and tanks it is the perfect hatchery ventilation solution, providing all of the required services and delivered as one complete ‘plug and play’ unit. Additionally, the EnviroTech also houses a spacious integral plant room providing easy access to pumps, glycol top-up, system valves, plate heat exchanger, and
boilers, and controls. In essence, everything, with the exception of the fans, that may require servicing is in easy access. A dual fan system is also incorporated.
The EnviroTech unit is designed to stand outside the hatchery and has a high quality cabinet build with a profiled roof. The system is ideal for new hatcheries
or for providing extra capacity to existing hatchery ventilation systems or for new expansions without having to go to the expense of replacing or renovating the existing hatchery HVAC equipment and ducting.
