It was these characteristics that drove them to consider EmTech Hatchery Systems for the expansion of their prestigious GP Hatchery, having been impressed by many reports worldwide of excellent performance in both chick quality and hatchability.
In the final quarter of 2018, Jadeed purchased 12 PrimoTech Single Stage setters along with 4 Vidatech hatchers for their Grandparent hatchery. Installation began in mid-November 2018 and the hatchery was completed in January 2019 with the excellent support of Agfatech, EmTech’s local agent in Pakistan.
The first Hatch was on Saturday 2nd February with EmTech’s Engineer, Simon Witherden in full support. Initial results have been very promising compared with their existing competitors systems installed over three years ago. With the remote support offered via EmTech’s Voyager computer system the performance of the incubators can now be fine-tuned to local conditions, climate and practices to ensure that the quality of every single chick is optimised.

EmTech have recently commissioned a brand-new hatchery for Hy-Line in South Africa and in April 2019 eggs will be set at the new Aviagen GP facility in the UK, further demonstrating that EmTech can compete with, and outperform all other leading manufacturers systems.
