In July this year, during the recent Indo Livestock Exhibition, Ken Baker, EmTech Managing Director, took time out to visit the EmTech Asia facility situated in a prime location in the Serpong suberb of Jakarta.
It was the first time Ken had visited the EmTech Asia Head Office since the recent refurbishments and was suitably impressed. “The facility now provides not only sales and meeting space but also a showroom and demonstration area that includes a full working model of our premier PrimoTech PT6 incubation system.”
Managed by Jose Rizal Suhaimi, EmTech Asia Technical Sales Manager, the facility also stores main-line spare parts for our PrimoTech setter and VidaTech hatcher ranges to support EmTech’s growing customer base in Indonesia and South East Asia.
“This is an extremely important market for EmTech,” Ken enthused, “The investment that we have made, and will continue to make here in Asia, enables us to showcase the superior quality of our equipment. We now have the ideal platform to demonstrate to our customers how the >EmTech Effect< is achieved and how it will improve performance in their hatcheries. This facility also demonstrates our commitment to providing strong local support and a rapid response to customer calls for assistance.”
Ken also committed to expanding this facility in the future to provide the same level of customer support and service for neighbouring markets in SEA.
