EmTech engineers Simon Witherden and Paul Mercieca have now completed the installation and commissioning EmTech’s first single-stage hatchery in Malawi.
This is Malawi’s first modern single-stage ‘European Standard’ hatchery that also includes a full ventilation package. It is a milestone for the Malawi poultry industry and a very proud moment for Fryday Layers owner Mustafa Issa.
The Fryday Layers hatchery utilises PT6-150/18 single stage setters and VT216-150/18 hatchers along with a SPIDES unit and EmTech’s latest stand-alone, packaged EnviroTech ventilation system.
