EmTech has recently opened an office in Indonesia to support our growing customer base in South-East Asia. The facility, based near Jakarta, offers sales and technical support, maintenance and service throughout Indonesia and to our agency network across the region. This will provide a timely response to hatchery requirements and offer support and service while also helping to maintain good customer relationships.
Jose Rizal Suhaimi, Technical Sales Manager, is responsible for day to day operations and is based at the EmTech Asia office. Since graduating in Animal Husbandry in 1983, Jose has worked exclusively in the poultry industry, initially being heavily involved in poultry housing and hatchery equipment sales, service and technical support and more recently gaining valuable experience as a poultry consultant and hatcheries manager.

EmTech Head Office in the UK will maintain operational control of the service and support that the Asia office provides but customers will benefit from our ability to operate in local time zones to avoid delays and resulting frustrations.
