Richard Dix and his company RD Hatchery Innovation is the perfect fit for EmTech. Many of the EmTech team worked with Richard back in their CM days, where he gained a great deal of experience with hatchery incubation and ventilation systems. Since then Richard has formed his own hatchery business (RD Hatchery Innovation) in the Philippines and has gained a huge amount of knowledge and respect within the industry.
