The Eclipse™ Incubator Control System
Based on a PLC platform for ultimate in incubation control and energy efficiency. A highly intelligent system that constantly analyses the incubation environment with a user-friendly interface and 5-inch intuitive high quality touch screen.
Can be operated manually or in automatic mode to fully harness the system’s power and functionality. In fully automatic mode the Eclipse™ uses its intelligence to apply the required rate of air intake against the precise requirements of the developing embryos respiratory needs while achieving the necessary weight loss targets.
A powerful and flexible 20-stage programmable capability helps to fine tune the incubation process. PID temperature control intelligently anticipates the rate of heating and cooling by closely monitoring the heat load and trend over time.
MicroTech’s control panel uses industry standard modular components for easy and cost-effective maintenance.

Voyager™ Central Monitoring System
Voyager™ is our premier Central Monitoring System for complete control of the entire hatchery process.
It’s a sophisticated and powerful SCADA system for connection to the Eclipse™ and EnviroTech™ systems, allowing full monitoring and control of all functions. It provides detailed log data and trend graphics for setters, hatchers, and other connected equipment.
Hatchery Alarm Systems
Discovery™ Central Alarm System
The Discovery™ Central Alarm System is our PLC based central alarm system expandable to connect with up to 250 incubators and service equipment. With a large colour touch screen interface represented by a hatchery plan view, this easy-to-use system highlights all connected equipment that are in alarm condition. It also displays notification of Eclipse™ incubators specific alarm condition, whether operating as a stand-alone system or with our Voyager™ system.
